Elisabeth Weaver, Owner Lancaster Farmacy
Elisabeth is an organic herb farmer, herbalist, and wellness advocate. She and her partner founded the region's first Community Supported Herbal Medicine Share Program and have committed themselves to growing high-quality herbs. They established Lancaster Farmacy in 2009 and have devoted themselves to connecting people to the land and sharing the healing properties of herbs. Elisabeth now manages a 25-acre farm in Millersville, where she grows a wide variety of medicinal herbs, cut flowers for bouquets, and heirloom produce, which are distributed through Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative. During the short off-season, she can be found doing seed research by the fireside, blending herbal teas, making botanical art, and spending time with her family.
